There is wide variation in delivery times on used textbooks, some sites may send books from a warehouse like any other textbook seller, or they may have the books mailed from a fellow student that listed their book on a the site.

Be sure you check the estimated delivery time before you just buy the cheapest textbook available. If the site does not indicate clearly the method of delivey and the delivery time, chances are it'll take a longer time to get to you and you may no longer need the cheap used textbook when they arrive.
